Summit Patient Portal

Summit Medical Group’s patient portal allows patients to request and view appointments, send messages or refill requests and view test results and billing online.

Appointments

Our practice is by appointment only. Same day appointments are usually available.

Emergencies

There is always a physician on call to handle emergencies. After office hours and on weekends, the telephone is answered by the answering service who will relay the message to the doctor on call.

Summit Medical Group is a private practice group founded in 1995, which consists of multiple locations of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians practicing in multiple location s in East Tennessee. The group is fully owned by its physicians.
